Bob has operated for many years at board level overseeing Supply Chain, Logistics, Systems and Customer Service functions within Retail and Wholesale organisations.

His experience is extensive and varied, from managing outsourced warehousing/logistics to ERP/Finance systems selection and implementation.

He has previously held senior management positions operating within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering and Investment Banking sectors.

Bob is a member of the Institute of Consulting and committed to continuing his professional development in the consulting industry.

With a track record of delivering solutions that improve the operational performance of businesses, he now helps organisations to improve efficiency, reduce costs and more importantly improve customer experience.

Our services must represent a prudent and low risk investment. Proposed solutions will clearly define and quantify the benefit or outcome, projected costs and timescales.

Our pricing options aim to be simple, flexible and ensure that the client feels comfortable with the commercial proposition and return on their investment.

Shared Value

This model is appropriate where we agree to implement a results based charging mechanism. As with the fixed price model the benefit, cost and deliverables are defined in advance. A share of the fee is invoiced on commencement. The balance of the fee (which may be proportional and linked to formal metrics) will not become due until the benefits have been delivered.

Agreed Day Rate

Competitive day rates which are linked to specified deliverables and quality. Fees are invoiced as they are incurred.

Fixed Price Model

The scope of work, output/deliverables, and business benefits are defined and agreed with you prior to commencement. A fixed fee is then derived to deliver the project, irrespective of the actual time and effort taken to complete. Payments are typically made at agreed milestones during the assignment.
