Award winning supply chain

Bob Smyllie and Gavin Murdoch accept the ‘Team of the year’ award from comedian Ed Byrne

Fidelis Principal Consultant – Bob Smyllie led a project which was recognised at the 2012 European Supply Chain Excellence Awards ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

The objectives of these annual awards are to:

Recognise outstanding achievement in supply chain management across Europe.

Reward those who have attained the highest standards.

Highlight the benefits of excellent supply chain management and collaboration.

european-supply-chain-excellence Entrants in 2012 included familiar names from the Aviation, Motor Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics and Healthcare industries.

The project team were the proud recipients of the ‘Team of the Year Award’, chosen by the judging panel from all shortlisted nominations across all categories.

The project also received a commendation in the category “Logistics Strategy”.
