Fidelis took a relatively complicated situation that had built up over time and provided a route forward that had simplicity and common sense at the heart of the proposal. Too often I have been given ideas that actually do the reverse. The proposal covered the needs of working capital efficiency; an improved (leaner) supply chain; and a project plan to see us through to conclusion, whilst allowing the core team to focus on their day jobs.
